The three piezometers included CLF22-305, CLF22-306, and CLF22-307. Duke Energy is providing the certification report with well construction records and boring logs for the three piezometer installations with this submittal. The piezometer installations were conducted by AECOM and Geologic Exploration on March 21 and 22, 2022. Well construction records were submitted separately to the NCDEQ Information Processing Unit. Specifically, the following piezometers were installed by Geologic Exploration (NC Well Contractor Certification NumberA-3098) between March 21 and 22, 2022: CLF22-305, CLF22-306, and CLF22-307. Piezometer details are presented in Table 1, below. Installation of these piezometers was performed in accordance with 15 NCAC Subchapter 02C — Well Construction Standards. Table 1.
