IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: View of site from Tremont St. facing southeast
Site Inspection performed at the request of Andrew Besu with H&H, who wanted to
discuss soil contact wall issues covered previously. While onsite, it was determined that
one barrier needed to be extended around a mechanical room to the parking deck, and
potential soil contact wall treatment discussed on other locations on eastern side of
building.

VIMS barrier being installed on exterior wall.
Photo 5: Another view of Photo 4. Discussed the installation of VIMS barrier along inside of
wall, which will tie into vapor barriers proposed for top and bottom of walls. False wall to be
installed over barrier. Planned revision to be submitted to DEQ prior to installation.
