Notified Land Clearing and Inert Debris Landfill N0709. Notification properly recorded on July 7, 2006. Currently
active.

The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The facility is a notified land clearing and inert debris (LCID) landfill. The disposal area for notified LCID landfills
shall remain under two acres.
2. The facility is permitted to receive land clearing waste, yard trash, untreated and unpainted wood, uncontaminated
soil, inert debris, and asphalt.
3. No standing water was observed during the inspection.
4. Working face Waste well compacted and properly covered.
5. The site shall be secured by barriers such as gates, chains, berms, and fences to prevent unauthorized
access. There appears to have been illegal dumping of mattresses, television, and plastic toys on the
southern side of the facility. The waste needs to be disposed of at a permitted facility within 30 days of
receipt of this report. Documentation will be required to indicate that the waste has been disposed of
properly.
6. Access roads are of all-weather construction.
7. Buffers are being maintained.
8. No off site erosion was observed during this Facility Compliance Inspection.
9. Digital pictures were taken during the inspection.
