You should have received a copy of the Notice of Regulatory Requirements for Circle K 2723470 was emailed. I spoke
with Erin Greene (ATC Group Services LLC, Circle K's environmental consultant) by phone this morning to discuss the
site. She did the field work when the tanks were removed. They should be scheduling soil removal soon to work toward
site closure (see email below).
