Inspector Comments V. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Southern mill building facing south. An EMP for site construction has not been approved as of the date of the Inspection. The Inspection was performed at the PM's request to confirm redevelopment activities had not begun on the property. No buildings were entered during the Site Inspection, and no sign of redevelopment activities were observed.
