General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The inspection was conducted at the East Bound I-40 Rest Area, Catawba County, North Carolina.
2. The following firm truck was inspected: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) NC Tag Number Capacity (gallons)

3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and attached to the frame.
4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 5. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 6. No leaks were observed. 7. As a new septage management firm in North Carolina, this vehicle cannot be used until a permit is issued by the Solid Waste Section. This report is not a permit.
