General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The inspection was conducted at the Asheville Regional Office, Buncombe County, North Carolina. 2. The following firm truck was inspected:

3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and attached to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 5. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements.
6. No leaks were observed. 7. As a reminder, a permit must be issued before operation. This report is not a permit. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
