Dear Sirs:
The Town of Burnsville will accept pumped and hauled wastewater
from the proposed Yancey County solid waste transfer station and
the new subtitle D landfill when constructed.
We understand that at this time exact volumes and frequencies are
not known but will be determined as these projects progress.
These contributions of wastewater into the Town's wastewater system
will be subject to all applicable requirements of the Town of Burns—
ville's sewer use ordinance. Fees will be in accordance with the
current rate structure.
