Quality Monitoring Plan - Relocation of the Upgradient Monitoring Well.
Dear Mr. Grant:
The modification to the C&D Landfill Water Quality Monitoring Plan proposed in your August
17, 1995 letter and attached map (Sheet 1) is approved as requested.
This modification of the Water Quality Monitoring Plan is incorporated by reference into the
Permit to Construct for the C&D unit by way of Monitoring and Reporting requirement 1(a) of
the Permit to Construct.
As required by Monitoring and Reporting requirement 1(g), a map which shows the surveyed
locations of the installed monitoring wells shall be submitted to the Solid Waste Section with the
initial sampling event data.
