ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
1. No spills noted outside of containment area, although grease noted on top of rear containment wall. Please continue efforts to improve cleanup practices at the facility. This will help minimize the potential for odor
and vector issues. 2. Solids and effluent logs are being kept in the office. 3. Required signs are posted at the gate, approved setbacks are being met and site access is adequate.
4. Septage tanks appear structurally sound with no apparent leaks/spills noted. 5. Vegetation around the containment wall is under control.
6. No spills noted at the solids dumpster. 7. No odor or vectors noted on the site outside the building. 8. Yellow grease unloading area now has new concrete containment area with grease trap.
