No excessive odors or vectors noted. No spills noted. Setbacks are being met. Required signs are posted at site entrance. Vegetation around tanks has been recently cut and is in good condition. Please adhere to the
septage treatment standards as defined in the North Carolina Septage Management Rules 15A NCAC 13B.
