The Permit issued on 10/29/2021 is for the use of one 4,500 gallon and two 9,400 gallon above ground metal tanks for the storage of domestic septage. The previous Permit was for the use of one 4,500 gallon metal tank, three 9,400 gallon metal tanks, one 2,000 gallon concrete pump tank and one concrete screening box for the screening and storage of domestic septage and grease trap pumpings. 4) During the inspection it was observed that one of the 9,400 gallons steel tank had been cut in half and another 9,400 gallons steel tank had been replaced by one black steel tank.
