Dear Mr. Huff.
This Modification to the Permit to Operate for the referenced facility is issued to Madison County as the
owner and operator of the above referenced facility in accordance with N.C.G.S. 130A-294 and the N.C.
Solid Waste Management Rules, 15A NCAC 13B, .0201(b)(2).
This modification reflects a change in the approved disposal site for the municipal solid waste transported
from the transfer facility, described in Condition # 21 of this permit as the Lakeway Recycling and
Sanitation Landfill located in Lowland, Tennessee.
