Dear Jim,
Office
271 Cray Rudisd d.
MarAafl, NC 28753
Thank you for the letter reminding us of our June 281h deadline. However, we would like
to request an additional sixty day extension to allow us to finish the final excavation on
our current Construction and Demolition Landfill. The final excavation will take longer
than the June 28th deadline.
As you know this C & D cell is rapidly filling up. We estimate it will be filled by
October of 2005. This extension would allow us the opportunity to place the disaster
debris in the most appropriate location within the remaining space. If we move the debris
now it would become a hindrance in the final excavation process.
We appreciate your consideration of this matter.
Sincerely,
James L. Huff
