Permanent Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility
HHW Permanent Facility ID No. NCPH05802001
Dear Mr. Brown:
The Solid Waste Section hereby approves operation of the permanent HHW collection facility
located at the Madison County MSWLF Facility and hereby issues HHW ID Number NCPH05802001
to be used for shipment of collected household hazardous wastes. The section anticipates modifying
Solid Waste Permit No. 58-03 in the near future in order to update the permit to include permit
conditions for all units within the facility boundaries. Conditions of permit for the permanent HHW
Collection Facility will be included in this permit modification when issued. The facility should be
operated in accordance with the enclosed Guidance Document for HHW Collection Facilities.
