This report covers the first of three (3) required monitoring events before system termination, anticipated in June 2010. Mr. Don Misenheimer (RSG) performed the January site visit on January 26, 2010. Action items - - --take-n-during-theinspection- are -provided below and the monitoring results -are attached. Decommissioned Wells: Two (2) of the four decommissioned wells (wells taken off-line with well heads removed and capped) were not sealed. RSG re -sealed The next routine monitoring event is tentatively scheduled for the first week of March 2010. To date, six (6) of the eight (8) planned monitoring probes have been installed. Due to surveying work is required to install the remaining two (2) gas probes.
