- Dirt frcm, each trench will be used for cover as needed, as
trench is filled.

- No utilities or storms facilities are needed because site

- Garbage from cafeteria and lunchroo„ 1s is da,ped twice a week
and covered after each load. Car*,-).i,e is in plastic bats.
Since a relatively small ar,ount (10 cu ft) is , dl:r:,pcd at one
time, the landfill contains -an•,r small cells rather than the lar�;er
cells sho:•rn schematically on the plans.
Garbage arrives in D>.,:..pster cans and is deposited. It is covered
with earth carried by a tractor ::ith front-end loader. hen the
trench is full, it is covered and compacted by a bulldozer and a
nevi, sirr,ilar trench is made, adjacent to the old one.
- One farm tractor with front-end loader and one bulldozer are
available at the site, as needed.
- B. J. Blythe is responsible for operation and maintenance.
- After completion of sanitary landfill, restoration will Bake
'the land suitable for other uses. There are no specific plans f��•_v�
at this time.
- Anticipated life of the project is 5 years.
This landfill differs from r^,ost in that it is privately oAned
and operated for the benefit of the owner. Compared to most
landfills, it is very small.
