NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS) (citation and explanation): None You are hereby advised that, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $5,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Statute or Regulations. If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS (List all noted last audit): N/A FACILITY COMPLIANCE AUDIT 'PORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS: 1. Tommy Keener, Landfill Supervisor, attended the MOLO Operator training last month in Charlotte to renew his MOLO certification. 2. Wayne Smith and Tonda Jenkins attended an "in house" waste screening class on September 14, 2006 taught by Chris Stahl, Macon County Solid Waste Director. 3. The C and D Landfill was being properly compacted in cells and covered with soil. 4. The waste being disposed of appeared to be the appropriate materials for disposal in a Construction and Demolition Landfill. 5. Seeding of completed areas scheduled to be done within the next couple of weeks. 6. Sedimentation being properly contained on site. 7. Scrap tire certification forms and waste screening forms look good. 8. Cooking oil being collected at this site for recycling. 9. Access road at this facility is adequate and well maintained. 10.
