ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) This facility consists of two above ground steel tanks with capacities of 4,500 gallons and 2,000 gallons.
The tanks are permitted for the storage of domestic and grease septage.
2) “No Trespassing” sign present at tank. This meets the requirement of Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k).
3) Access road to tank in good shape and meets the requirement of Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b).
4) Tank accessible for inspection. There was an area of at least 5 ft around the tank to allow for inspection.
This meets the requirement of Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i).
5) Both tanks are made of steel. No holes or cracks observed which may allow the escape of septage out of
the tanks as per Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c). No leaks noticed.
6) Septage appears to be transferred to and from the tanks in a manner that prevents leaks or spills of
septage onto the tank or ground as per 15A NCAC 13B .0838(j).
7) No vector or odor issues noticed as covered within Rules 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2) and .0838(g).
8) No change noticed that would affect setback distances.
9) Will be adding a 4,500 gallon that was previously used by A-1 Septic Tank Cleaning. See attached email.
Contact me when tank has been moved. The tank will need to be inspected prior to use.

Yes, please proceed. I Want Marlon to have the fields and barrel if possible. Have not spoken to Keith since March 1st
2020, there has been no sewage dumped on those fields since then.
I just got finished reseeding the two small fields two days ago.
Thanks.

Mr. Strickland
Yesterday I received a call from Marlon/Victory Septic. He stated that you were no longer going to allow Keith/A1
Septic to use your property. Marlon stated that you were in favor of him getting the disposal fields & storage tank that
were previously permitted to A1 Septic. Can you please respond to this email as to whether or not this is what you wish
to do. If it is your intention to allow Marlon to permit the additional fields & storage tank then I will move forward with
closing out the site permits with A1 Septic and work with Marlon on his permit modifications.
Just let me know what you wish to do.
Thanks
Connie
