ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) Only an application was submitted for permit renewal. No landowner authorization was ever received.
On 10/26/2021 an email was received from the landowner stating that he wanted Marlon (Victory
Septic) to have the tank and the fields. See attached email. Permit to be closed out with Marlon taking
over the tank. Tank will likely be moved to the location where Victory Septic currently has it tanks.
Marlon will have to empty the tank before moving.
2) This facility consists of one above ground steel tank with a capacity of 6,000 gallons for the storage of
domestic and grease septage.
3) “No Trespassing” sign present at tank.
4) Access road to tank in good shape.
5) Tank accessible for inspection.
6) No leaks noticed.
7) No recent activity noticed at tank. Tank is still full. No spills of septage on the ground or tank noticed.
8) No vector or odor issues noticed as covered within Rules 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2) and .0838(g).

Yes, please proceed. I Want Marlon to have the fields and barrel if possible. Have not spoken to Keith since March 1st
2020, there has been no sewage dumped on those fields since then.
I just got finished reseeding the two small fields two days ago.
Thanks.

Mr. Strickland
Yesterday I received a call from Marlon/Victory Septic. He stated that you were no longer going to allow Keith/A1
Septic to use your property. Marlon stated that you were in favor of him getting the disposal fields & storage tank that
were previously permitted to A1 Septic. Can you please respond to this email as to whether or not this is what you wish
to do. If it is your intention to allow Marlon to permit the additional fields & storage tank then I will move forward with
closing out the site permits with A1 Septic and work with Marlon on his permit modifications.
Just let me know what you wish to do.
Thanks
Connie
