Notified site. No permit required. PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: Comprehensive Facility Compliance Inspection. STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS: None OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: None
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 01 – Facility is secured by a locking gate. 02 – Facility has signage with required information. 03 – Edge of waste markers are present. 04 – Small amount of waste was noted outside of the waste boundaries during this inspection. Picture attached. 05 – Road is made of sand. No issues getting in and road is maintained well. 06 – Facility is still working on the south end of the facility.
07 – There was one pile of waste that appeared to be in need of covering. East end of waste pile (current working face). Picture attached.
08 – There was no non-conforming waste noted during this inspection as was noted on the last inspection report. 09 – Overall site looks good.
10 – Digital pictures taken during this inspection.

• North End of LCID. Covered and vegetative cover in place. Need to fill in low area to prevent standing water on top of landfill.
