1 – Inspected pump tankers: VIN - 3C7WRMCL1NG133160; NC License LN-2142 2 – Waste tank volume is 850 gallons and 400 gallons fresh water 3 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger than three inches on both sides of the truck 4 – Tanks appeared structurally sound
5 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on access ports 6 – No evidence of leakage from the tank, valves or access ports 7 – Tankers being put into service Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
