20-30, 2018 PPVE campaign was as follows: 38.2% operating time ABR is on,
2.1% burnout, and 59.7% ABR is off.
3) Carbon bed, with 99% efficiency, to be installed on VE-South process and
equipment emissions by end of June 2019.
