Order Paragraph 7
Dear Ms. Holman,
Chemours is pleased to submit the enclosed Thermal Oxidizer Performance Test Report,
as required under paragraph 7(c) of the Consent Order entered by the Superior Court for Bladen
County on February 25, 2019. This test report demonstrates that the thermal oxidizer is
destroying 99.99% of all PFAS air emissions routed to it as provided under the Consent Order.
