(“Weston”) for the testing of the Vinyl Ethers North (“VEN”) Carbon Adsorber Unit conducted on January 16 and 17, 2019. As I noted in my February 6, 2019 submission, this testing shows an average 93.9% control efficiency of the VEN Carbon Adsorber Unit for GenX Compounds, in compliance with the proposed Consent Order’s 93% requirement under Paragraph 7.b.iii.
