Re: Submission Pursuant to Proposed Consent Order Paragraph 7
Dear Mr. Abraczinskas,
Following up on my February 6, 2019 submission to you, please find enclosed the final
report from Weston Solutions, Inc. (“Weston”) for the testing of the Vinyl Ethers North (“VEN”)
Carbon Adsorber Unit conducted on January 16 and 17, 2019. As I noted in my February 6,
2019 submission, this testing shows an average 93.9% control efficiency of the VEN Carbon
Adsorber Unit for GenX Compounds, in compliance with the proposed Consent Order’s 93%
requirement under Paragraph 7.b.iii.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Brian D. Long
