Buncombe County personnel used heavy equipment to place dirt on the fire to extinguish.
WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE:
End of the day load of residential waste likely had small amount of flammable chemical.

Facility contacted SWS on 1/1/22. Also, on 1/3/22 SWS discussed the occurrence with facility personnel, which included ensuring
