Pursuant to Paragraph 24 of the Consent Order, please find enclosed the Drinking Water
Compliance Plan prepared by Parsons on behalf of Chemours. The Plan details the extensive
ongoing activities being undertaken, as well as proposed future activities, to comply with Section
F (Compliance Measures - Replacement Drinking Water Supplies) of the Consent Order.

As soon as possible, please confirm that the Plan is acceptable to DEQ, or let us know if
you have any questions or need further information, so that we may timely continue to proceed
