Thanks for taking the time to speak with us this morning, and we look forward to our call with you again next week. · Scheduling call to discuss final EPA & DEQ comments on PFAS non-targeted analysis plan and PFAS wastewater and stormwater sampling plan – DEQ will confirm that April 18 from 10-11:30 am works for a call, and will send out a calendar invite to me. Lawyers will not participate on the call. · Status of responses to DEQ questions on Charles River and EAG Laboratories, and status of DEQ approval of toxicity plan – Chemours is continuing to work on responding to DEQ’s questions in consultation with the labs. DEQ is continuing to review Chemours’s toxicity plan, and will provide its anticipated timeframe for review. · Michael Scott will reach out to Lancaster Laboratories to review his follow-up questions. · Status of DEQ approval of public water feasibility analysis – DEQ is continuing to review with Bladen and Cumberland Counties, and will provide an update on next week’s call. · GAC and RO Fact Sheet – Michael Scott is working on the final draft, and will share it with Chemours before finalizing. · NPDES Permitting Meeting – Chemours looks forward to our meeting with DEQ on April 17 at 9 am.
