Re: Updated Submission Pursuant to Consent Order Paragraph 18
Dear Ms. Holman and Mr. Burdette,
On September 30, 2019, Chemours submitted the On and Offsite Assessment for
Fayetteville Works, pursuant to paragraph 18 of the Consent Order entered by the Superior Court
for Bladen County on February 25, 2019. As noted in the September 30 submittal, results from
certain samples were pending at that time and would be reported in an updated submission by
October 31. Accordingly, please find enclosed an updated version of the On and Offsite
Assessment, prepared by Geosyntec Consultants of NC, P.C. The updated Assessment
incorporates the data which previously had been pending and includes a change log which lists
the additions and modifications from the original version of the Assessment submitted on
September 30.
