On behalf of the current owner for the property located at 1025 Concord Parkway North in Concord, we are submitting the attached documents pertaining to an apparent release of heating oil associated with an underground storage tank(s) (UST). It is our understanding that two approximate 550-gallon heating oil USTs were previously removed by a demolition contractor. The USTs were reportedly located in the same basin and one was reportedly used to store heating oil for a former residence and one for a former office building. There is a property transaction pending the filing of the NORP, so please let us know if we can use the attached version of the NORP since one of the USTs was associated with a former residence and there is the potential the property may be used for residential use in the future. I assume the NORP for soil and public notice are all that will be required to receive a NFA for this release based on the data and that water supply wells do not appear to be located within 150' of the release? Please send the incident number when you can and I will add it to the NORP before having the property owner sign it. Thanks and please let us know if you have questions.
