such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The following firm truck was inspected:

2. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 3. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 4. The truck appeared to be properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 5. No leaks were observed.
