Based on prior indoor air sampling in the vicinity of the two sewer line repair excavations,
there did not appear to be a risk to the public. In addition, both repair areas were being
filled with concrete flush with the floor slab during the site inspection.

V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Sewer line excavation on lower level ready for concrete repair. VaporPin insert (black
rod), and new PVC sewer line cleanout visible within repair area.
Arrived on-site as the two sewer line repair excavations were being covered with fresh
concrete following backfilling and installation of a vapor pin insert within each excavation
for future sub-slab sampling.
