Hey Jackie,
In accordance with your April 20, 2020 letter regarding the Initial Sediment Boil Evaluation at the subject site, I am
providing the requested monthly update via this email.
12-8-21 RJRT Phone Call with Jackie Drummond (NCDEQ)
Max and Jackie discussed the ELL survey performed by BLE on 11-19-21. Although no anomalies or leak patterns were
detected
within the existing landfill cap, there appeared to be issues with cap isolation during the test. Potential next steps were
discussed.
12-9-21 Q4 2021 Cap Inspection Performed by ERM
No problems with the cap were found. No signs of any activity related to the boil area were observed.
January 2022 RJRT Prepare and Submit a Proposal to NCDEQ
RJRT will prepare and submit a proposal to NCDEQ on handling the boil area going forward.
