such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The inspection was conducted in Linville Falls, Burke County, North Carolina.
2. The following firm truck was inspected: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Tag Number Capacity (gallons)

3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 5.
