PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Photo of building and N. Davidson St. facing west. Several restaurants and a brewery are planned for the building. As a result of TCE being detected below the central portion of the building, an active VIMS was approved by DEQ for the building. Work had not started on the proposed VIMS when the Site Inspection was performed. Due to asbestos removal being performed by RCI Demolition in the front office portions of the building, no attempt was made to access the front offices during the Site Inspection.
