General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The inspection was conducted at the East Bound I-40 Rest Area in Catawba County.

2. The following firm truck was inspected:

3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame.
4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 5. The company name listed on the permit as “Randy Miller and Sons Septic Tank Service”. The vehicle has “Randy Miller & Sons Septic Tank Service”. As discussed, please contact Chester Cobb at 919-707-8283 or [e-mail] to amend the 2022 permit application to reflect the company as stated on the vehicle.
