ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The inspection was conducted at 3661 Eaker Road, Cherryville, Lincoln County, North Carolina.
2. The following firm trucks were inspected: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Tag Number Capacity (gallons)

3. The tanks appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 5. The trucks were properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements.
6. No leaks were observed.
