The lettering shall include the firm name, town name, phone number, and septage management firm permit number as shown on the firm application. All lettering required by this Rule on the pumper vehicle shall be no less than three inches in height and legible. Part of the firm name and the phone number displayed on the vehicle Tag#JY9330 are less than three inches in height. Correct the firm name & phone number on both sides of this vehicle to at least three inches in height. Contact this office by the end of November in regards to this corrective action being implemented. SEE BACK OF PAGE The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. The tank appeared structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. Lettering violation listed on the front page of this report. 2. Vehicle Tag#YA155789 was not available for inspection at this time. 3. Reviewed truck pumping logs. It appeared that the required information was being maintained except only the town name was listed for the pump job locations. Begin listing the full physical address for each pump job. 4. Discussed that the firm permit renewal process is currently underway. Mr. Carter stated that he had attended a continuing education class in 2021. 5. Thank you for your time.
