General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1.An appropriate no trespassing sign was displayed.
2.The facility was accessible for inspection.
3.The tank appeared structurally sound.
4.Septage transfers appeared to occur in a safe and sanitary manner.
5.The area was clean with no odor or vectors discernible.
6.Approved setbacks appeared to be met.
7.The access road was paved and passable
