ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The inspection was conducted in Marion, McDowell County, NC.

3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
5. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 6. No leaks were observed. 7. As a reminder, a permit must be issued before operation. This report is not a permit.
