IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Photo of building entrance located on the southeastern corner of the building.
The purpose of the site inspection was a result of Land Use Restriction Updated (LURU)
not being submitted by Atlantic Wood & Timber, LLC. The most recent LURU received
was for the year 2018 (submitted 3/2019). I explained the delinquent LURU issue to Mr.
Kelly Cummings who is the majority owner of the building, and Ms. Jenette Timmons, the
office administrator. Ms. Cummings requested that future LURU’s notifications be sent
to her attention. I let Ms. Cummings know that we would forward the required LURU
information to her attention.
On October 18, 2021, Mr. David Peacock with DEQ Brownfields followed up with an email
to Ms. Timmons and provided additional information regarding the LURU’s that had not
been submitted, how to remedy the situation, provided a link to a downloadable LURU
form for the site, and provided the BFPropertyManagement email address to send the
completed LURUs to. Mr. Peacock also suggested they join the LURU reminder email list
so that each year, they would receive a LURU reminder.
On October 20, 2021, Ms. Timmons emailed completed LURU’s for 2020, and 2021 to
BFPropertyManagement as requested, and copied Mr. Peacock.
