Levine, M.D., M.P.H. STATE HEALTH DIRECTOR March 8, 1982 On December 18, 1981 and March 4, 1982, I inspected the Madison County Landfill, Marshall NC. This letter is to notify you that the following violation of the N. C. Solid Waste Management Rules was recorded on these two consecutive inspections: -Failure to Install Required Monitoring Wells - DNS Rule .115(1) As you agreed to in our conversation of March 4, 1982, we are requiring that these wells be installed by August 1, 1982. Any violations of the Solid Waste Management Rules are subject to ad- ministrative penalties or injunctive action pursuant to G.S. 130-166 21E.
