It is my duty to inform you that the operation of
the Madison County Landfill is in violation of Section_'
.0103 of the Division of Health Services Solid Waste Manage-
ment Rules. On two consecutive inspections dated March 18,
1980 and June 27, 1980, the violation of "Off Site Siltation"
was recorded. Since you plan to close this site within two
months we are requiring that the site be graded and seeded
in a manner which will prevent off site siltation at the time
of closure.
If we can be of technical assistance on this matter,
please notify us.
