Dear Mr. Russell:
On December 31, 1980 and March 10, 1981, I inspected the
Haywood County Landfill, Waynesville, North Carolina. This
letter is to notify you that the following violation of the
North Carolina "Solid Waste Management Rules" was recorded on
these two consecutive inspections:
Allowing off -site siltation -- DHS Rule .115(7)
This violation should be corrected within thirty (30) days.
This can be done by following the recommendations of your local
Soil Conservation Service. At the end of the period allowed for
correction, the site will be re -inspected and any remaining or
new violations shall be noted.

subject to administrative penalties or injunctive action pursuant
to G.S. 130-166.21E.
