It has come to my attention that a powder type material is
being disposed of in the Haywood County Landfill. It comes
from Dayco Southern and Wellco Shoe Plant. The containers
state that it is a possible cancer causing agent if inhaled.
Our landfill operators have requested this matter be investigated
and I am requesting your assistance in this matter.
