If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. Side slopes and top of the closed portion need to have vegetation re-established as soon as weather permits. 4.) Areas where erosion is starting should be repaired as soon as possible. 5.) Road into C&D facility is in good condition. 6.) Watch for non-C&D waste in the waste stream. 7.) Buffers have been staked to ensure waste is kept in permitted area. 8.) Keep C&D waste out of Buffer area. 9.) lower area is getting full, Upper unused area will need prep work prior to accepting waste.. 10.)Road into C&D facility is in good condition. 11.)
