Tank #1 has been repaired in regards to the hole that was previously noted along the top of the end piece. All of the three permitted tanks appear structurally sound. Other tanks at this location are for the storage of sludge and other waste types and are not included in this septage detention or treatment facility permit. 2. No septage activity (such as storage or treatment) is occurring at the site at this time. There is currently a valid permit for a treatment facility at this location, but no dewatering box is present at this time. 3. Excess vegetation around the tanks (including the tree branch that was hanging down on Tank#1) has been removed since the last site visit. 4. The required “No Trespassing” sign is posted at the property entrance. The access road is adequate. 5. The approved setbacks are being met.
