Dear Mr. Gene Walters:
On October 28, 2021, David Powell representing the State of North Carolina, Division of Waste Management
Solid Waste Section (Section) conducted a compliance inspection of the above reference facility. At the time of the inspection, Section staff observed that violations outlined in the recent inspections and Notice of Violation
had been resolved except for the mobile homes being deconstructed at that time. Ms. Locklear-Cummings sent
confirmation photos to Mr. Powell Friday, October 29, 2021 of the mobile homes deconstruction.

This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated July 6, 2021 have been
