Inspected two vehicles – tag#EN7297, VIN# correct per the firm application & a new vehicle with a “temporary tag” and VIN#1HTKSSWKJH829551. The tanks on both vehicles appear structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of both vehicles per info on the firm application. 2. Two vehicles listed on the firm application were unavailable for inspection at this time. Discussed that the firm renewal process is currently underway. Ensure that the new firm application lists the correct tag & VIN# for all vehicles to be used in the coming year. Mrs. Klebs stated that she had attended a 2021 continuing education class. 3. No truck pumping logs were available for review at this time. Discussed the required information to be maintained per the Septage Management Rules – gave Mrs. Klebs an example log & discussed the specific items to be recorded for each septic tank job or each porta john route. Begin maintaining the required truck pumping logs. 4. Thank you for your time.
