Your request is therefore approved. The fill activity must comply with the requirements specified in 15A North Carolina Administration Code 136.0562. By mnoving the clay soil from this area it has left the area elevations such that it is trapping storm water. 'We Will have to refill this area in order to properly manage storm water and the use of Clain fill mate" will assist with refilling this area.
